I was born and raised here in Miami Florida and the 33175 community has been home to me for over 40 years. I attended Greenglade Elementary, W.R. Thomas Middle School, graduated from St. Brendan High School, and later earned my degree from Florida International University.

Growing up, I spent many afternoons playing basketball at Joe Hall and riding bikes beyond 147th Avenue — back when much of that area was still the Everglades. I’ve had the privilege of watching Miami grow into what it us today. It is my home and where I’m raising my own children.
